Job Functions

A hand-curated selection of peers to foster diversity of thought and interdisciplinary opportunities.

Work hand in hand with a diversity of backgrounds and life experiences.

Expand your horizons through close collaboration with co-learners from different industry backgrounds.

Connect with new priorities, modes of thought, and areas of expertise.

Every year, the MSC Faculty strives to bring as much professional and personal diversity to each cohort. Diversity means exposure to new perspectives and an opportunity to challenge and transform your practices.

Age

The HLP program skews significantly older, but both groups are professionals with significant experience in their field.

Looking at the age ranges, you can see that, while the average trend persists, both programs boast a wide range of ages, from emerging leaders just starting in their field, to seasoned professionals with decades of experience.

This diversity of experience is what makes the MSC program unique. Each learner, no matter their experience, is exposed to new perspectives.
